Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and configure Anduril integrated hardware-software products to meet customer and operational needs.
  • •Set up equipment and software for immersive wargaming simulations and AR demonstrations, including field troubleshooting and recovery.
  • •Own deployment of AR/VR, gaming engine, and mission simulation software and associated hardware capabilities at events and exercises.
  • •Design feedback loops and conduct event after-action reviews to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements and issues.
  • •Support end-users with content and integrations so partners and customers can understand and use capabilities effectively while minimizing hardware/software impact.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Provide excellent customer service across clients, teams, roles, and operational environments for the Maneuver Dominance business line.
  • •Communicate effectively internally and externally across teams, software platforms, organizations, and clients.
  • •Perform proactive planning, rehearsals, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless customer experience in immersive wargaming and VR/AR environments.
  • •Be eligible to obtain and maintain an associated country background check and security clearance for increasingly complex exercises.
  • •Be willing to travel and collaborate while being based in the UAE with teamwork in the UK and USA.
