Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee accounting and revenue acceptance processes for the Contra Revenue line, including rebates, incentives, advisor services, waivers, and claw backs.
  • •Review and approve availability of funds for advisors’ services as part of the advisors revenue acceptance process.
  • •Collaborate with account managers to resolve funds availability issues and help maximize revenue while identifying revenue leakages.
  • •Run Sales Force Database reports to review executed customer contracts/deals and capture financial elements into the CRS.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate financial close, including creation/review of journal entries and preparation of GL reconciliations and variance analysis; prepare analytics and quarterly reporting support.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and current accounting concepts.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with financial/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • •Strong foundation and progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a large global environment.
  • •Ability to produce accurate and reliable accounting outputs and manage deliverables under pressure.
  • •Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Chartered accountant/CPA preferred).
