Drive the strategic evolution of the Vogue100 membership program by managing a portfolio of UHNW members with high-touch, personalized service. Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage a portfolio of Vogue100 members, delivering exceptional, responsive, highly personalized service.
•Build and maintain relationships with UHNW members, prospective clients, and key industry stakeholders, representing Vogue100 professionally with members and partners.
•Own and deliver individual sales and renewal targets; support new member acquisition through outreach, proposal development, and conversion.
•Oversee delivery of Vogue100 programming and member experiences, partnering with Events and Marketing to ensure execution to a high standard and upholding brand consistency.
•Collaborate with internal and external partners using an existing stakeholder network to introduce and close high-value partnership opportunities and resolve member requests or escalations independently.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 79,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in luxury/VIC client services, premium membership, or high-touch sales environments with a track record of activating industry partner networks.
•Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth through client management and sales.
•Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Comfort operating independently with strong decision-making and the ability to manage priorities with minimal oversight.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and polished, professional presence suited to UHNW clients.
