Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and approve asset-inventory strategies and plans; mandate periodic reporting and senior-management approval updates.
  • •Monitor acquisitions, use, and disposals through planned and unplanned inspections; approve technical/operational status reporting.
  • •Oversee land and asset valuation frameworks and ensure timely updates of valuation results in relevant systems.
  • •Own the inventory-check process, manage physical counts, coordinate authority-wide asset registration, and reconcile the Fixed Assets Register with Finance.

Key Requirements
