Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a core infrastructure product or subsystem end to end, designing, shipping, operating, and being accountable in production.
  • •Create technical designs iteratively from PRDs/requirements, addressing corner cases without over-engineering.
  • •Build secure, high-performing, resilient, and cost-efficient infrastructure across application workloads.
  • •Use infrastructure-as-code (primarily Terraform) and apply patterns aligned with the service architecture.
  • •Participate in incident response and improve monitoring/observability to drive stability and performance improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 205,000

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering in cloud-based environments (AWS preferred).
  • •Track record owning a product or subsystem end to end, including designing, shipping, operating, and living with production outcomes.
  • •Hands-on experience managing infrastructure through code/configuration, primarily Terraform (or equivalent).
  • •Deep infrastructure fundamentals including networking, load balancing, containerization (EKS/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
  • •Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or a comparable language; plus hands-on production experience operating Redis/ElastiCache.
