Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technology owner for the Varicent platform, owning strategy, roadmap, governance, and ongoing platform optimization.
  • •Lead delivery and support of functional projects, managing mid-size teams, project plans, impediments, and overall project performance.
  • •Oversee configuration, administration, testing, deployment, and support of Varicent and related compensation management capabilities.
  • •Design and manage integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, payroll systems, data warehouses, financial systems, identity management, and analytics).
  • •Establish operational support models (SLAs, documentation, knowledge transfer, platform health metrics) and ensure compliance with security, audit, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
