Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and co-ordinate third-party management across in-scope entities
  • •Act as the main point of contact for third-party matters, advising stakeholders and setting direction
  • •Lead and support the Relationship Manager team, including three team members
  • •Oversee third-party risk, due diligence, onboarding, contracts and performance management aligned to TPM/TPRM frameworks
  • •Improve governance, reporting, training and processes, and support regulatory submissions and notifications

  • •Proven experience in a similar role within a financial services environment
  • •Knowledge of UK financial services regulations and regulatory requirements
  • •Strong third-party or supplier management experience across the full third-party lifecycle, including due diligence, monitoring and remediation
  • •Experience leading change to improve processes, making controls more consistent, efficient and business-friendly
  • •Confident senior stakeholder management and governance, risk and control capability, including reporting skills using tools such as Excel and Word
