Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards for safe, efficient operations.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, and metrics to support business-driving strategies; resolve client needs quickly and identify product concerns.
