Key Responsibilities

  • •Installierst, konfigurierst, reparierst und wartest vorort IT-Hardware (Geld-/Ein-Auszahlgeräte, Netzwerkgeräte, Server, Notebooks, Terminals, Drucker) bei Kunden
  • •Dokumentierst und buchst deine Tätigkeiten nachvollziehbar und meldest fertige Arbeitsaufträge zuverlässig zurück
  • •Unterstützt Kollegen im Bereitschaftsdienst (7/24) und bist gelegentlich für Einsätze außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit einsatzbereit
  • •Arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Kundenumgebungen (Banken, öffentlicher Sektor, internationale Unternehmen) strukturiert, fokussiert und organisiert
  • •Pflegst kundenorientierte Kommunikation und Teamarbeit

Key Requirements

  • •Ausbildung in Mechatronik (bevorzugt) und/oder IT absolviert, und erste Erfahrungen als Servicetechniker, IT-Systemadministrator, Netzwerkadministrator, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • •Erfahrung mit Herstellern wie Dell, HP, Lexmark, KEBA, Diebold, NCR
