Lead complex employee relations (ER) initiatives and the regional HR policy agenda across Europe as part of the European Office People Team (EOPT). •Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with regional People Teams to ensure alignment and trust.
•Collaborate with EOPT, employee representative bodies, and cross-functional partners to execute cohesive ER strategies across Europe.
•Lead investigations into regional ER issues, conduct interviews, prepare reports, and educate People Teams on ER and HR processes.
•Own the development and implementation of regional HR policies, including policy change management and compliance documentation reviews.
•Oversee day-to-day ER case management, including grievance and disciplinary support, and develop ER dashboards and trend recommendations.
•Conduct audits to ensure adherence to ER and HR policies and drive ER process improvement initiatives.
