Key Responsibilities

  • •Take extreme ownership of process improvement using first-principles to eliminate waste and simplify complex processes.
  • •Identify systemic engineering and operational defects, drive root-cause fixes, and implement preventative systems at scale.
  • •Design and own lean data frameworks that surface key signals across the customer journey and internal operations for fast decision-making.
  • •Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize, de-scope requests, allocate resources, and stop non-essential work.
  • •Own complex end-to-end projects with aggressive timelines, tight feedback loops, and lean rollouts/enablement materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or another STEM field.
  • •5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, manufacturing, and/or consulting.
  • •3+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • •Ability to independently define, scope, de-scope, and own complex projects end-to-end.
  • •Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
