Job Summary

Lead a team of technical recruiting professionals supporting R&D hiring, driving operational excellence and high-quality, timely delivery of recruiting goals. Partner with R&D leadership, People Team leaders, finance, and recruiting leadership to define and iterate a TA roadmap, assessment/reporting, and talent engagement strategies. Use data to identify trends and improve performance against KPIs/OKRs, while setting ambitious goals and building a diverse, inclusive recruiting culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale a global hiring strategy to support R&D teams.
•Define and iterate a talent acquisition (TA) roadmap and develop assessment, reporting, and talent engagement strategies.
•Use data to identify trends, pain points, and drivers of recruiting performance against KPIs and OKRs, unblocking the team with solutions.
•Set ambitious goals for the recruiting team and organization, ensuring alignment between individual/team goals and company objectives.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across R&D functions and collaborate on global recruiting operations, headcount/capacity planning, and resource allocation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 246,000 - 290,000 annually

•10+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function, including 5+ years managing technical recruiting teams and partnering with R&D leaders.
•Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach recruiting teams.

•Experience acting as a business partner to executive leaders and building trust with stakeholders to align hiring strategies to goals.
•Data-driven decision-making and a demonstrated ability to drive change across an organization.
