Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, costs, and benchmarks to improve programs and operational efficiency, while monitoring regulatory and legislative changes to maintain compliance. Lead Workday benefits administration tasks including configuration, eligibility rules, testing, and open enrollment, partnering across HR, payroll, and finance and managing vendor relationships.
