Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in an Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Science/Engineering, Mechatronics, Material Science/Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or other STEM field.
•2+ years of experience in manufacturing process control, equipment engineering, or related fields with a bachelor’s degree; or 1+ years with a master’s degree.
•Experience applying process improvement methodologies, including Design of Experiments (DOE).
•Hands-on experience with manufacturing process improvement, problem-solving, and excursion management.
•Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
