Retail Area Leader - South Pinellas

Lead a region’s Retail Community bank branches (about 14–27) to achieve sales and service goals. Drive continuous improvements in retail and small-business sales effectiveness through coaching, counseling, feedback, reinforcement, and execution of sales and credit cultures. Collaborate across business lines, manage branch leadership performance, and monitor key financial and activity metrics to improve growth, profitability, service, operations, and risk management.
