Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive complex, fast-paced cross-functional LLM training projects from incubation to execution, primarily with coding datasets.
  • •Coordinate across product, engineering, and content experts to plan workflows, track progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.
  • •Design, test, and optimize operational workflows covering training strategies, quality assurance, and productivity enhancements.
