•Advise customers on completing loan applications and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•One or more years of mortgage loan origination experience, preferably at a bank.
•Hold an NMLS license.
•Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage loan products such as conventional, FHA/VA, construction lending, and portfolio programs.
•Familiarity with mortgage procedures, documentation, and underwriting guidelines.
