Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize casualty risk expertise to evaluate client exposures and loss experience and develop renewal and placement solutions
  • •Lead marketing activities by preparing submissions, negotiating with carriers, evaluating quotes, and presenting coverage, pricing, and program recommendations
  • •Manage the placement lifecycle including order-to-bind, policy reviews, program accuracy, and resolution of open items and underwriting requirements
  • •Provide market and pricing insights on carrier appetites, pricing trends, and emerging coverage developments to support client decisions
  • •Collaborate with account executives, producers, and client teams; mentor and support brokers and colleagues while ensuring compliance with best practices

Salary: USD 133,500 - 214,525 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant insurance P&C business experience
  • •Demonstrated expertise in Casualty (e.g., Workers Compensation, Auto Liability, General Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability)
  • •Strong understanding of casualty risks and carrier appetites, with broad carrier relationships
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
  • •Property and Casualty Brokers License is required (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience)
