Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute sales forecasting processes, supporting sales leadership with pipeline management, growth strategies, account plan reviews, quota setting, and territory definitions.
  • •Drive sales adoption and enforcement of the sales methodology, processes, and productivity tools, including compliance with financial controls and governance.
  • •Analyze and report on pipeline, funnel velocity, and performance metrics (e.g., ARR, growth rates, churn, productivity) to provide actionable revenue insights.
  • •Streamline sales workflows and optimize lead-to-cash areas and the sales cycle to maximize productivity; maintain clean and consistent data across systems.
  • •Partner with sales leaders to onboard and enable sales teams, train reps on tools/processes, manage sales compensation structures, and support commercial best practices including deal/pricing/contract approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or analytical roles within a SaaS/software company.
  • •Advanced CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • •Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail, communication, and project management; able to translate complex data into actionable deliverables.
  • •Demonstrated business acumen and results focus, including planning and managing multiple priorities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Business preferred); related advanced degree highly desirable; domain experience required.
