Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with GONet and site leadership to translate business strategy into forward-looking HR plans and advise on labor models, productivity, and organisational effectiveness.
  • •Build and manage trusted, transparent partnerships with Works Councils; coordinate information, consultation, and negotiation processes in line with local regulations.
  • •Ensure high-quality, compliant operational HR delivery across sites, including employee relations, absence/attendance, performance and talent processes, and workforce planning.
  • •Drive employee experience and engagement (surveys, action plans, leadership accountability) and champion wellbeing, inclusion, and communication transparency.
  • •Lead people-side change and communication for GONet transformation initiatives; support future workforce readiness via skills mapping, cross-training, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven HRBP experience in complex, unionised manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong track record of Works Council engagement and negotiations.
  • •Experience supporting multi-site or network-level HR/transformation initiatives.
  • •Ability to manage both operational HR delivery and strategic HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • •Demonstrated leadership behaviors: credible and balanced partnership, structured transparency, proactive engagement, and resilience in ambiguity.
