Key Responsibilities

  • •Document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and configuration needs with Product Managers and stakeholders.
  • •Support system configuration and low-/no-code changes within established product standards and governance.
  • •Execute test scripts, validate changes, and support release readiness and deployment activities.
  • •Provide day-to-day product support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with partners.
  • •Maintain process documentation, release notes, and testing records; identify incremental product, process, and UX improvements and support adoption.

  • •Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and low-/no-code tools, including system configuration; familiarity with Workday and/or Phenom People is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and release management capabilities.
  • •Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical and operational solutions.
