Insomniac - Seasonal Lighting Crew Manager, Elevated Experiences (Various Locations)

Lead and manage the lighting team for Insomniac festivals and events, partnering with production design to create lighting concepts, plots, and pre-production plans. Oversee equipment sourcing, vendor coordination, and all lighting operations from load-in and programming through show execution and strike. Troubleshoot DMX-based lighting systems, coordinate power plots, manage costs within budgets, and ensure smooth communication across teams and vendors in fast-paced environments.
