Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead fabrication site execution in line with project objectives, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
  • •Manage fabrication yard operations for structural, piping, mechanical, and multidiscipline fabrication works.
  • •Ensure fabrication activities are completed against approved schedules, budgets, and project specifications.
  • •Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to coordinate seamless execution.
  • •Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance, review fabrication methodologies and recovery plans, and resolve technical/operational challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant experience on large oil and gas development projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
  • •Extensive experience in fabrication management within large-scale EPC/PMC oil & gas projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of offshore fabrication, welding, inspection, QA/QC processes, and construction practices.
