Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient care, including educating patients and the public on health conditions and offering advice and emotional support to patients and families.
  • •Assess and re-assess patients, collect and analyze pertinent health data, and determine nursing diagnoses, problems, and predicted outcomes.
  • •Create, evaluate, and update patient care plans with an interprofessional team in collaboration with patients and bystanders.
  • •Record vital signs, recognize/address/escalate abnormalities, administer medications and treatments, and monitor for side effects or reactions.

Key Requirements
