Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance PTS yield to meet BP/LPI target.
  • •Debug PTS detractors and implement control/improvement actions.
  • •Monitor burn quality (ARH/ABI/ABL), debug issues, and drive improvements.
  • •Improve module HMB1/QMON DPM and product grade.
  • •Handle RMA, drive CAPA, improve product reliability, and support new product qualification and outgoing wafer inspection engineering improvements.
