  • •Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
  • •Educate clients on mobile banking tools, including remote deposit capture and contactless payments.
  • •Listen to customer questions and identify personal or business goals to match them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Greet customers throughout the space and provide a warm, hospitality-first experience while maintaining efficient service.
  • •Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50 mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends.
