Reconditioning Manager - Heath (2nd shift)

Supervise daily operations of a Carvana vehicle reconditioning inspection center, overseeing the reconditioning process from inspection through quality, production, and cost outcomes. Lead and develop direct reports, coaching leads and associates on progression, training, and performance management. Participate in strategic planning, ensure adherence to operating standards and policies, and drive continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment while meeting health, safety, and loss prevention requirements.
