Job Summary

Lead financial management and oversight for a portfolio of contracts within the Air Dominance Finance team, partnering with Program Management and functional teams to maintain cost and schedule control. Own EVM compliance and EVMS implementation, drive FP&A cadence, and produce monthly forecasts, AOP, and LRP using tools like RPlan, SAP, BW, and Excel. Serve as a key finance delegate for proposals and gate reviews while leading and developing a team of program control analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial recommendations to senior team members based on analysis that enhances value for stakeholders.
•Implement and maintain EVMS and ensure EVM compliance (including EAC and EVM processes).
•Develop monthly forecasts, AOP, and LRP, coordinating recurring and ad hoc upstream deliverables.
•Serve as a finance delegate for proposals, gate reviews, and strategic discussions regarding profit and fee criteria.
•Lead and develop a team of 6+ program control analysts, improving internal controls, tools, and processes.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
•Experience in Financial Planning and Program Controls.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Experience implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) and delivering IPMDAR and CSDR.
•Experience in the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process across various government contract types.
