Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and lead event planning calls, translating production requirements into budgets, statements of work, run of show, timelines, and logistics.
  • •Oversee production management: manage production space and internal engineers, ensuring technology/facility readiness across pre-, during-, and post-event phases.
  • •Lead on-site event execution as show caller, managing the crew and collaborating with event management teams on content and support needs.
  • •Operate and troubleshoot control room technologies (TriCaster, audio mixing, video switching, streaming/conferencing) and resolve technical issues quickly during events.
  • •Perform post-event evaluations and deliverables, including analytics on outcomes, financials, and updates to shared calendars/trackers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 36 - 46.15 hourly

  • •5+ years of event production experience, including audio-visual production for onsite, hybrid, and virtual engagements.
  • •Strong project management skills to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management discipline.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with C-suite executives.
  • •Flexibility to adjust schedules for before/after-hours events and travel as needed; proficiency with event management software/tools.
