Key Responsibilities

  • •Support smooth facilities operations by resolving complex technical issues to ensure high-quality client service delivery
  • •Own technical and commercial success for individual or groups of projects as agreed with management
  • •Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned sites for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and mechanical systems
  • •Prepare equipment/asset specifications for new facilities and develop controls to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • •Manage in-house teams and evaluate/monitor contractors and suppliers; respond to client emergencies and requests with updates to the Facilities Manager

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree
  • •7 years of experience in a facility management/engineering supervisory role with client management and budgetary exposure
  • •Experience with facility technical installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, mechanical)
  • •Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
  • •UAE Driver’s License
