Own project success and lead complex preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and mechanical systems. Prepare asset specifications, refine processes for efficiency, manage contractors/suppliers performance, and respond to client emergencies while coordinating facility-specific control systems to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Support smooth facilities operations by resolving complex technical issues to ensure high-quality client service delivery
•Own technical and commercial success for individual or groups of projects as agreed with management
•Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned sites for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and mechanical systems
•Prepare equipment/asset specifications for new facilities and develop controls to reduce costs and improve efficiency
•Manage in-house teams and evaluate/monitor contractors and suppliers; respond to client emergencies and requests with updates to the Facilities Manager

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree
•7 years of experience in a facility management/engineering supervisory role with client management and budgetary exposure
•Experience with facility technical installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, mechanical)
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
•UAE Driver’s License
