Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the multi-year architectural vision for the compliance control plane, including screening orchestration, resilience/observability, vendor-agnostic integration, and decision/data plane.
  • •Drive end-to-end solutions for the hardest high-ambiguity problems such as multi-vendor failover, sub-second decisioning under load, regulator-grade auditability, and resilience.
  • •Extend technical direction beyond FinCrimes by defining integration contracts, resilience patterns, and compliance primitives adopted by partner engineering teams.
  • •Translate evolving regulatory obligations and organizational goals into durable engineering primitives and a sequenced technical roadmap.
  • •Set production ownership standards across the team and mentor staff/senior engineers to raise architecture and reliability quality.
