Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed installation design per project specifications, design codes, and standards.
  • •Prepare detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures.
  • •Direct engineering team when assigned as a Project Coordinator on projects.
  • •Coordinate across disciplines to develop clash-free designs and interface with departments for inputs to discipline drawings and designs.
  • •Provide engineering support offshore when required, including design verification (single-discipline check/inter-discipline check) and technical support to fabrication queries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • •8-15 years of experience in oil and gas with a contractor or consultant performing construction and installation design.
  • •Strong working knowledge of design techniques and analysis methods plus standards codes and guidelines for onshore/offshore construction.
  • •Preferably Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society.
  • •Ability to solve complex installation analysis problems and work independently with minimal guidance.
