Support hatchery operations by following hatchery quality control, animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety programs. Ensure correct eggs are moved into the appropriate hatchers, maintain accurate transfer and processing documentation (including vaccine tracking), and monitor automation/equipment for proper operation. Set up and clean process areas, work scheduled shifts (including nights/weekends as needed), and train/cross-train as required while enforcing company personnel and food safety policies.
