Key Responsibilities

•Concept and execute creative campaigns end-to-end across digital, web, social, print, merch, and live events.
•Shape and evolve Serval's brand system — typography, color, illustration, layout, and the visual rules that make our work cohesive across surfaces.
•Own art direction for omni-channel work: launches, paid campaigns, conference presence, customer stories, and marketing collateral (web pages, social assets, ads, decks, one-pagers, swag).
•Partner with product designers, marketing, engineers, and leadership to translate complex AI workflows into design that's clear and memorable.
•Collaborate with motion designers, copywriters, and external partners to bring big ideas to life — from storyboard to final delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually
