Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure container yard operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • •Use equipment properly according to procedures during each shift and complete shift handover fully.
  • •Carry out container stacking, repositioning, and transportation operations.
  • •Perform safety and operational checks before operations and report detected malfunctions to maintenance teams.
  • •Use radio communication effectively and follow work orders via the VMT screen; work in line with HSE and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least high school, vocational high school, or higher education graduation in a relevant field.
  • •Preferably have an operator certificate approved by MEB.
  • •Preferably hold certificates issued by Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu (MYK), such as Liman Vinç Operatörü or Liman Saha İstif Makineleri Operatörü.
  • •Know the core technical equipment, operational limits, and safety aspects of RTG and similar machines.
  • •Be safety-focused and able to work shift schedules and flexible working hours.
