Job Summary

Own schedule performance governance and unified planning deployment for space projects. Define schedule adherence KPIs, maintain PMT methodology governance, and produce monthly schedule performance reporting for business reviews. Coordinate Central UP Coach, UP coaches, key users, and weekly technical meetings, while tracking incidents and tool releases. Design and run training for UP & WAPITI, and coach project teams through schedule maturity gates and improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality schedule data.

•Define, supervise, and drive evolution of Schedule Performance Measurement at project and functional levels.
•Establish governance for review/approval/communication of updates to the PMT methodology and define/audit Schedule Adherence KPIs.
•Act as primary connection between Central UP Coach, PMOs, cross-program teams, and the division to deploy UP processes and tools.
•Coordinate UP coaches and key-users network, lead weekly technical meetings, and manage incident/business request tracking and tool release follow-up.
•Design and update UP & WAPITI training catalog, administer training environments, deliver project training, and coach teams through schedule maturity gates and quality checks.
