Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller functions using ITM machines, including deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • •Explain Huntington services and products, answer customer questions, and resolve issues by collecting and evaluating information.
  • •Perform teller file maintenance tasks such as address changes, unlocking OLB, and managing debit card limits.
  • •Take complete ownership of customer interactions, including callbacks and extended research as needed.
  • •Maintain confidentiality and complete required compliance and training for ITM Specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong customer service background.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and via video with customers.
