  • •Monitor and improve performance dashboards aligned with strategic objectives.
  • •Use KPI measurements to support inclusion & belonging impact and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of project management experience with related tools.
  • •Strong knowledge of and passion for inclusion & belonging concepts and KPI measurement.
  • •Ability to adapt, manage, prioritize, and multi-task across multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
  • •Experience working with clients and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
  • •Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
