Job Summary

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring for the Office of Inclusion & Belonging programs. Create and maintain project and governance documentation, standardize practices, and improve operational efficiency. Track and enhance performance dashboards aligned to strategic objectives using I&B KPIs. Partner with clients and external stakeholders while juggling multiple concurrent initiatives with strong communication and time management.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, design, execute, and monitor every aspect of projects and initiatives for the Office of Inclusion & Belonging.
•Create and maintain project documentation, program operational documents, and governance reports.
•Standardize practices and drive operational efficiency across I&B programs.
•Monitor and improve performance dashboards aligned with strategic objectives.
•Use KPI measurements to support inclusion & belonging impact and performance management.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of project management experience with related tools.
•Strong knowledge of and passion for inclusion & belonging concepts and KPI measurement.
•Ability to adapt, manage, prioritize, and multi-task across multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
•Experience working with clients and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
•Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
