Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze assembly feasibility of components across the entire vehicle using CAD, including finishes, chassis, mechanical units, electrical systems, and body and frame.
  • •Collaborate with the Design department to define the correct breakdown of styling proposals for interior and exterior finishes.
  • •Develop the macro assembly cycle for new projects and ensure consistency with Ferrari assembly line constraints.
  • •Create and update the technological bill of materials and perform virtual checks for accessibility of auxiliary equipment and manipulators.
  • •Define assembly methods and supporting documentation (gap & flush documentation, 2D drawings) and propose Design-for-Manufacturing project modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • •At least 3 years of company seniority with experience in product, preferably within Manufacturing or R&D.
  • •Experience analyzing assembly feasibility across the vehicle using CAD.
  • •Knowledge of CATIA V5.
  • •Availability to travel to suppliers to discuss project progress.
