•Design, develop, test, and maintain real-time audio/video ingestion and processing systems.
•Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, including code reviews and mentoring.

•Analyze and solve complex technical problems, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
•Implement and advocate for testing best practices, including unit/integration/automated testing.
