Job Summary

Analyze business processes and translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions that align with ITIL best practices. Lead workshops with stakeholders to document current processes and identify improvements, then design functional and technical specifications. Key Requirements

•2+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations or improvement projects, plus 5+ years relevant ServiceNow consulting experience.
•ServiceNow System Administrator certification, or a strong commitment to obtain it.
•Deep functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Security Operations, CRM, and CMDB.
•ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification, or willingness to obtain it.
•Proven experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment with strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
