Key Responsibilities

•Facility Operations & Retail Experience Excellence: Ensure regional retail spaces operate at a premium level with high-quality maintenance, infrastructure, and brand alignment; oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime; track maintenance trends and provide high-level strategic reports; direct capital improvements with CAPEX budgeting and cost controls.
•New Store Openings (NSO) & Lifecycle Management: Lead facility readiness for complex new store openings; review store layouts with design/construction teams to optimize maintenance efficiency and energy performance; standardize utility setups and oversee General Contractors and IFM partners for store acceptance.
•Vendor & Budget Management (OPEX & CAPEX): Manage regional OPEX and CAPEX budgets; develop regional vendor sourcing and procurement strategies; establish KPIs for external partners and ensure contract compliance.
•Compliance, Risk Mitigation & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regional HSE regulations; maintain audit-ready compliance records; collaborate on business continuity planning; centralize data governance for ServiceChannel and related systems.
•Sustainability & ESG Initiatives: Pioneer regional sustainability initiatives and monitor environmental metrics to support sustainability reporting and road-to-2030 commitments; manage waste and recycling partner onboarding and reporting.
•Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build consensus across Retail, Real Estate, Construction, IT, Finance, HSS/Risk, landlords, and Operations; establish structured communication and drive unified standards across APAC markets.

•7+ years of progressive experience in facility management, maintenance operations, or retail FM leadership in multi-site, premium retail environments.
