Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute long-term strategy and roadmap for enterprise and data governance platform capabilities that meet evolving security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
•Own customer data lifecycle management strategy across retention, migration, auditing, export, deletion, recovery, and governance controls.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Support, and GTM to deliver governance capabilities for large enterprises.
•Build governance capabilities for human and AI agents, including policy controls, auditability, data governance, and administrative capabilities for safe and compliant AI at scale.
•Drive strategic investments to improve reliability, operability, scalability of governance infrastructure and reduce operational burden, using data and AI to set outcomes and success metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 211,000 - 240,000 annually

•6+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in identity/authentication, security, regulatory compliance, or B2B enterprise platform solutions.
•Highly comfortable modeling complex data relationships and managing integration complexity, translating technical protocols into clear UX flows.
•Experience owning strategy for problem spaces requiring coordination across multiple teams, evaluating investment options, and anticipating market shifts or security threats.
•Proven ability to build durable alignment across teams by navigating disagreement, resolving conflicts, and leading executive-facing reviews.
•Skilled at orchestrating delivery across multiple teams and sequencing platform initiatives, prioritizing high-craft MVPs.
