Key Responsibilities

  • •Go onsite to meet customer analysts, understand critical questions, and identify key pain points.
  • •Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
  • •Build bespoke workflows for new user groups with customer teams.
  • •Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and has measurable impact.
  • •Present results and proposals, embed with engineering and product design teams, and build/deliver demos.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read, write, and speak fluent business Korean and English.
  • •Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL).
