Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments, working with a delivery team and a Deployment Strategist. Co-build production-ready components from day one, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment. Develop AI agent intelligence, integrate prompts and tool calls with customer systems, and build data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks while tracking performance via dashboards and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production customer environments with a delivery team.
•Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions and integrate prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and customer system integrations.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice to deployment, validation, and observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
•Maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system you can discuss.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to expand as needed.
•Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining prompt failures and improvements.
