Deliver effective instruction in general faculty subjects and in at least two specific areas within the Business Analytics program, supporting second-language learners in a student-centric environment. Teach in line with course syllabi and program goals, integrate educational technology resources, and provide continuous feedback through assessments. Contribute to curriculum development, course evaluation, applied research aligned to national innovation priorities, and participate in academic, extracurricular, and community events while serving on committees as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to HCT’s system-wide strategy, assist with policies, and participate in academic and extracurricular events within the college and community.
•Teach courses aligned with course syllabus and program goals, applying strategies for effective learning in a second-language environment and providing continuous feedback.
•Evaluate students, timely update grades, and contribute to question banks and coursework assessments as requested.
•Serve as a student advisor as assigned, provide recommendations on at-risk action plans, maintain office hours, and monitor student progress to support success.
•Conduct applied research relevant to faculty interests and national innovation priorities, mentor student research, and support committee and student-group activities.

Key Requirements

•A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
•Alternatively, a Master’s degree plus a professional certification relevant to the discipline, with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
•A Bachelor’s degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per the discipline requirement.
•A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
•Experience developing course curriculum aligned with accreditation and international standards, and incorporating educational technology into curriculum and instructional strategies.
