Key Responsibilities

•Build & Automate: Design, develop, and maintain powerful and intuitive dashboards in Power BI & Excel to track key business KPIs (e.g., sales, stock, views, engagement, customer LTV).
•Be the Data Guru: Act as the go-to person for performance reporting, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
•Dig Deep: Use SQL and Python to query our data warehouse, joining complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and the 'why' behind numbers.
•Drive Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes, freeing up time for deeper, more impactful analysis.
•Translate & Communicate: Work with stakeholders in Trading, Planning, Content, Marketing and Finance to understand their challenges and translate business questions into analytical projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 40,700 - 55,100 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
•Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including building data models, writing complex DAX measures, and using Power Query for ETL.
•Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
•Experience using Python (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
