Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with function-specific technical training and hands-on learning.
  • •Complete the Field Applications Engineer track with three rotations across Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing.
  • •Apply technical expertise to solve customer engineering challenges and analyze trade-offs and component selection.
  • •Provide customers proactive proposals for complete, system-level solutions that maximize TI content.
  • •After successful completion, support worldwide Sales & Applications responsibilities including influencing part selection versus competition.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Fluent in local language and English with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
  • •Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
  • •Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills.
