Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead qualification processes to qualify the T1 FAB for mass production with risk analysis and 100% adherence to global quality standards.
  • •Validate process stability and deliver Fab qualification reports certifying production readiness for mass production transition.
  • •Establish product/tool qualification frameworks and chair review board meetings to guide qualification status decisions.
  • •Communicate with HQ reference FAB to identify and eliminate quality risk points using solutions.
  • •Plan early production risk mitigation and drive RCCA/8D corrective actions to secure and maintain mass production quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, device physics, and failure analysis techniques.
  • •Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies including SPC, FMEA, DOE, and 8D problem-solving/statistical analysis.
