Key Responsibilities

  • •Research firmware security technologies and emerging threats; develop and prototype new security technologies for automotive firmware
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security features into products and ensure security is embedded in the product development lifecycle
  • •Lead research or POC projects from concept to implementation and coordinate with stakeholders
  • •Prepare and present technical reports and documentation for security research and results
  • •Contribute to security strategy and best practices for automotive firmware security

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded/IoT/Automotive development
  • •Strong knowledge of firmware development lifecycle in embedded/IoT/Automotive industries and security principles
  • •Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python; experience with security assessment tools and firmware security
  • •Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and industry standards like ISO/SAE 21434; UNECE WP.29 is a plus
